Florida Condo Directory is a free, independent directory of registered Florida condominium and cooperative associations, compiled from public records published by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR). We arenot affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the State of Florida or any government agency.

Association listings come directly from DBPR's public registry and are refreshed periodically. They may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors present in the source data. Registration statuses shown here are DBPR administrative labels — for example, "Delinquent" refers to a lapsed or late renewal filing and isnot a disciplinary, safety, or structural finding.
