Florida Condo Directory ("we", "us", "this site") is a free, independent directory of registered Florida condominium and cooperative associations, compiled from public records published by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Server and access logs. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically records standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you request — for security, abuse prevention, and reliable operation of the site.
- Analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic. It does not build personal profiles or track you across other websites.
- Email you choose to provide. If you sign up for our optional email updates, we use your address only to send the updates you requested. Our email list is managed by MailerLite, which stores your address and handles delivery on our behalf undertheir privacy policy. We do not sell your email address, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services described below may set their own cookies as explained in their policies.
Affiliate links
Some pages on this site may contain affiliate links to third-party products or services. If you click one and later sign up or make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. These relationships do not influence the DBPR records we publish or the substance of our guides. Advertising
We do not currently display third-party display advertising. If and when we enable it (for example, Google AdSense), the following will apply:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the internet.

Public records on this site
The association listings we publish come from DBPR's public registry. They are government records about registered associations and their managing entities — not information we collected about you as a visitor. If you believe a listing is inaccurate, or you wish to request a correction or removal, pleasecontact us or seehow to report a correction.

- Block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
- Request a correction or removal of a listing via our contact page.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
